Day eight of 365 consecutive days of SL photos ...



League of Extraordinary Dorks Book Club! We read Audrey Niffenegger's Her Fearful Symmetry, and we had the option of showing up dressed as a character from the book. Cat chose Ghostly Elspeth, and I was the Little Kitten of Death (before death), and Ariel was the Little Kitten of Death (after death). Coyote rocked my world as Martin, and Sam was Elspeth/Valentina, and I think Amalia was Elspeth the ghost, and ... and and other stuff. It was fun and I crash and got distracted and delivered a little bit of TMI to the discussion. LOL. Next book is the new Dan Brown one - join us if you like!

That's right, a whole week of 365 days of photos has gone by, and today the photo is thus:

OMG I love Ariel Wingtips so damn hard. She made a shirt and a poofer for our book club, and both involve BLUE NERDY READING OWLS. Faints, dies.

That's a great expression I manged to get on my face there, isn't it?

First book club meeting is tonight, and we will be tricking ourselves out as characters from the book! It's likely I'll post a photo of that tomorrow ...

When am I ever going to learn that Tuli skins are NOT FOR ME!? They are gorgeous and I love them, but only on other people. Sigh ...

Ok, day four of 365 days of photos ...

My ridiculous shrine to sorrow. Damn, the wall and floor textures are ugly! Here, read this, Elusyve makes a lot of sense. She says, "In the end, if your SL is not a happy place for you, you either need to change it, or leave it. It is that simple." I tried leaving, and now I'm trying changing. However, sometimes one needs to wallow.

My friend Adia has some photography idea in mind for Xmas. She asked me to pull some stuff together, and this is the sample photo I sent to her. I wonder if she will approve ... because usually she doesn't!
