uh, this is for plurk

oh hai, don't mind me, just posting a picture here so I can send a link to plurk bc apparently I can't upload a picture there for some reason kthxby

nest of solitude

I can't remember exactly how I found this nest - probably on a freeb expedition, as usual - but when I saw it, I had to have it. I put it in the aviary, and since the pose is very "wah, I'm all sad and alone," I use it for when I'm feeling very "wah, I'm all sad and alone." Then I look at myself in it and kind of laugh because ... oh please, you know?

The nest was made by Ingram Broome, who also made a very sweet bird feeder/house:

I put one up at the aviary, too, and now I need to cover it with HPMD birdies. Whee!

back

Hey. I'm back. I went to pick up a cute dollarbie dress at shirohato and found this there:

Sweet lil birdies on a blue and purple dress! Pastel and cute and sugary. Makes my teeth itch, aw. $60L! And no, my photography did not improve while I was gone, thanks for noticing.

Oh. You were gone?

Yeeeaaahhh ... I've acquired lots of birdy stuff over the last month that I'd like to share with you, eventually. I'm going to take it slow. I don't know why I got inspired to start blogging again tonight, but ... here I am!

One other thing I got at shirohato:

It's called "nightingale" but ... it's covered in butterflies. Irksome! But still cute.
